Resume Boards: We search where the candidates live! Github, Ziprecruiter, Monster, Indeed -Custom Boolean searches, custom solutions and candidates come out of every platform.  

Video Interviewing Platforms: Tools like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or specialized video interview platforms enable remote interviews and evaluations.

Assessment and Testing Software: Services like HackerRank, Codility, or Vervoe allow recruiters to evaluate technical or skills-based assessments of candidates.
